Cllr Meade organises Gravesend Boat Naming Ceremony

Yesterday it was my honour to invite the Chairman of Kent County Council to Gravesend a special ceremony during which we installed Mrs Rosemary Dymond DL as Vice Patron on the Maritime Volunteer Service and named a boat after our late friend and former councillor, Mrs Bronwen McGarrity.
