On behalf of the Maritime Volunteer Service, I was pleased to attend the Annual National Service for Seafarers at the beautiful St Paul's Cathedral.
At this special service, thanks was given for the many organisations who support the maritime tradition of the United Kingdom and I was pleased to catchup with a number of fellow Gravesendians who had attended representing various groups on our stretch of the River Thames.
