Reflections on the Local Elections

Despite an incredibly difficult set of elections for the Conservative Party nationally, I am deeply humbled to have been returned to Gravesham Borough Council to serve the people of Higham and Shorne alongside Helen and Leslie.

Whilst the Conservative Group remain in Opposition, I could not be prouder of my campaign team in Gravesham who through an incredible effort came just 70 odd votes away from gaining control. We have lost some very hardworking Councillors in Gravesham and I'm sorry that we were unable to get some of our brilliant colleagues over the line.

I cannot thank enough everyone who voted for us across Gravesham on Thursday- we are privileged to have your support, and we will work tirelessly to now repay your trust as we hold Labour to account and work for our wards and the betterment of our community.
